Victoria is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team at VWV, joining in 2012, after obtaining a first-class Law degree from the University of Kent.
With over 10 years of post-qualification experience, Victoria has considerable experience of landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease, leases, licences to assign and deeds of surrender.
Victoria is a member of the firm's Property Development and Education Sectors and has a growing portfolio of repeat clients. She advises a range of clients including local developers, charities, lenders and high net worth private clients. She specialises in property development and works with both developers and landowners in respect of residential, commercial and mixed use sites, both locally and nationally. Victoria has a significant amount of experience in drafting and negotiating promotion agreements, put and call options, joint venture agreements and conditional and unconditional contracts.
Meeting Your Needs
Prior to qualifying, Victoria gained legal experience working in house with a local authority and a national recruitment agency. Victoria has a breadth of commercial experience and works hard to ensure that she meets the commercial needs of her clients.
What You Might Like to Know
Victoria qualified from the University of Kent with a first class degree. In her spare time Victoria enjoys going to the gym, cycling and volunteers for an animal rescue charity.
In July 2018, she cycled 100 miles from London to Surrey, raising money for local charity Home-Start Watford and Three Rivers.
